Nous recherchons un(e) Administrateur Systèmes et Réseaux expérimenté(e) pour assurer la gestion et l'évolution d'une infrastructure IT moderne et stratégique. Ce poste, basé à Genève, offre une opportunité unique de travailler avec des technologies de pointe dans un environnement structuré et exigeant.

Missions principales

  • Administration des systèmes :

    • Gestion et optimisation des environnements Windows Server et Linux.
    • Administration des infrastructures virtualisées sous VMware.
    • Gestion des solutions collaboratives et cloud, notamment Microsoft 365 et Teams.
  • Administration réseau :

    • Configuration, supervision et optimisation des équipements réseau (Cisco, Fortinet).
    • Mise en œuvre de politiques de sécurité réseau et gestion des firewalls.
    • Surveillance proactive et analyse des performances réseau.
  • Support et maintenance :

    • Résolution des incidents de niveaux 1, 2 et 3.
    • Gestion des mises à jour, sauvegardes et plans de reprise d'activité (PRA/PCA).
    • Application des bonnes pratiques pour garantir la disponibilité et la sécurité des systèmes.
  • Projets d'infrastructure :

    • Participation à des projets de transformation digitale et d'évolution des infrastructures IT.
    • Rédaction de documentations techniques et procédures.
    • Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs.

Profil recherché

  • Compétences techniques :

    • Solides connaissances en administration Windows Server, Linux, et virtualisation (VMware).
    • Expertise en administration réseau, notamment Cisco (switching/routing) et Fortinet (firewalls, sécurité).
    • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft 365 : Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
    • Compréhension approfondie des protocoles réseau : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN.
  • Qualifications et expérience :

    • Diplôme reconnu en informatique (CFC, HES, ou équivalent).
    • Certifications appréciées : VMware, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Fortinet (NSE), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE).
    • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Langues :

    • Maîtrise du français obligatoire.
    • Niveau intermédiaire en anglais (B1 minimum).
  • Qualités personnelles :

    • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
    • Capacité d'analyse et résolution de problèmes complexes.
    • Solides compétences relationnelles et pédagogiques.
