Mission En tant PMS Support Analyst , vous serez chargé(e) d'assurer l'analyse technique et fonctionnelle ainsi que le support sur Triple'A Plus. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien et l'optimisation des interfaces du système d'information associé.

Responsabilités Principales

  • Assurer l'analyse et le support de niveau 2 des demandes liées à Triple'A Plus et aux interfaces du système d'information associé.
  • Fournir un support technique concernant Triple'A et ses interfaces, avec une connaissance fonctionnelle approfondie des entités mappées (positions, opérations, portefeuilles, instruments, classes d'actifs, etc.).
  • Résoudre les incidents de production conformément au processus de gestion des incidents. Contribuer en tant qu'expert en la matière à la priorisation, à l'investigation et à l'analyse des causes racines.
  • Maintenir une excellente communication et des relations de travail avec les parties prenantes, les autres équipes IT et les domaines métiers.

Compétences Techniques Requises

  • Maîtrise des bases de données Oracle
  • Connaissance du scripting et de la configuration système de Triple'A
  • Compétences en scripting Unix
  • Bonne connaissance de SQL

  • Leadership, attitude positive et résistance au stress
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Esprit d'équipe, capacité à être autonome et à trouver des solutions

Expérience

  • Années d'expérience : 3 à 7 ans (niveau intermédiaire)
  • Expérience requise dans les domaines fonctionnels suivants : Titres, FX, Marché monétaire, Paiements et transferts, Pricing, Performance et autres domaines de gestion de portefeuilles (Allocation d'actifs, Rééquilibrage, etc.)
  • Expérience dans la banque privée : Obligatoire
