Job Description:

On a daily basis, you will:

  1. Partner with Teams and Squads to define their transformation roadmap listing their Continuous improvement activities and projects (prioritized by business values).
  2. Support execution of the roadmap by managing projects and improving squads’ operational framework (process, organization, and tools).
  3. Monitor operational frameworks to enforce their execution as per their design and continuously improve them.
  4. Establish a standardized approach to project execution and provide training to relevant squads and teams.
  5. Support project qualification and submission as well as monitor and provide full and accurate visibility of project status to the management team.
  6. Lead and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, using our standardized approach.
  7. Review, improve, and map Squad’s processes (RACI, Playbooks).
  8. Review, improve, and define SonarSource guidelines, policies, and FAQs.
  9. Support Squad's tools implementation, testing & training.
  10. Define hypercare activities and monitor them.
Business Partnership:
  1. Kick-off relationship with Squad.
  2. Define Squad’s roadmap and support its execution.
Monitoring:
  1. Define Squads' processes monitoring.
  2. Handover and support Squads' processes monitoring.
PMO:
  1. Qualify & prepare project submission.
  2. Submit Key projects for review & approval.
  3. Report & consolidate on Key projects portfolio.
  4. Key project closing.
  5. Define, document, and roll out BAPM standards.
The skills you will demonstrate:
  1. 8+ years experience in internal processes review and streamlining for a fast-growing business.
  2. Experience working within international, cross-functional, agile, and complex projects.
  3. Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  4. Experience in working in consulting services is a plus.
  5. Masters qualitative methods.
  6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
  7. Service/UX Design experience and exposure to high-growth business is a plus.
  8. Hands-on team player and strong relator.
  9. Positive attitude toward change.
