Pour renforcer ses équipes, WIT PARTNERS est à la recherche d'un(e) Business Analyst – Finance H/F.

Cette opportunité vous permettra de rejoindre nos équipes dans une structure dynamique située dans le canton de Genève.

Nous recherchons un Business Analyst avec une spécialisation en finance de marché, pour accompagner l'évolution des systèmes d'information d'une institution financière de renom basée à Genève.

Vous interviendrez sur des projets stratégiques liés au Middle et Front Office, en lien avec les équipes métiers et IT.

En tant que Business Analyst Finance Sénior, vous serez responsable de :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des équipes Middle et Front Office.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et assurer le suivi des développements avec les équipes IT.
  • Participer à l'implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités et à l'amélioration continue des outils existants.
  • Effectuer des tests fonctionnels et garantir la qualité des livrables.
  • Assister les utilisateurs et assurer la formation sur les nouveaux outils.
  • Contribuer à la veille technologique et réglementaire dans le domaine de la finance.
  • Travailler sur des sujets variés tels que :
  • Gestion des risques de marché et de crédit : mise en place d'outils pour le suivi des expositions et des limites de risque.
  • Optimisation des stratégies de couverture (hedging) : analyse des positions et des instruments financiers utilisés (dérivés, options, swaps).
  • Suivi des performances et reporting financier : développement de dashboards et d'indicateurs pour optimiser la prise de décision.
  • Digitalisation et automatisation des processus Middle et Front Office via des solutions IT adaptées.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé(e) en finance, ingénierie financière ou informatique avec une spécialisation en finance de marché.
  • Expérience de 3 à 7 ans en tant que Business Analyst dans un environnement Middle ou Front Office.
  • Connaissance des instruments financiers (actions, obligations, produits dérivés).
  • Bonne compréhension des flux Front-to-Back et des outils de gestion des ordres et positions.
  • Aisance avec les bases de données et SQL (un plus).
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et capacité à interagir avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Excellente communication en français et anglais.
