Deine Verantwortung
  • Monatliches Sales Controlling & Reporting: Leitung der monatlichen Controlling- und Reporting-Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit den regionalen Vertriebsteams
  • Geschäftsreviews: Organisation und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Geschäftsbesprechungen mit den Vertriebsregionen und lokalen Landesorganisationen
  • Planung & Forecasting: Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und mittel- bis langfristigen Planungen
  • KPI-Entwicklung: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Reporting-Systemen mit Fokus auf finanzielle und aktivitätsbasierte Kennzahlen im Zusammenhang mit Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen
  • Präsentationen: Erstellung professioneller Präsentationen für den Bereichs- und Konzernbedarf
  • Compliance & Prozesse: Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Anforderungen, Buchhaltungsstandards und Konzernrichtlinien sowie bei der Optimierung operativer Finanzprozesse
  • Training & Support: Schulung und Unterstützung der regionalen und lokalen Sales Controller zur Stärkung der globalen Finanzprozesse
Deine Skills
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und von Vorteil Business-Intelligence-Systeme
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales Controlling, idealerweise in einem B2B-Produktionsumfeld
  • Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Eine Hands-on Mentalität mit einer proaktiven und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
