Position Summary

Are you detail-driven, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join us and play a vital role in our Finance department. With your expertise in SAP and passion for precision you'll help us maintain seamless financial operations while being part of a dynamic and innovative global company. The position is part-time.

Your mission

  • Managing Accounts Payable Workflow: independently oversee the accounts payable processes, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately in SAP.
  • Reconciliation: check and resolve any discrepancies of vendor accounts.
  • Processing Advance Payments: handle the requests and ensure timely and proper documentation.
  • Maintaining Supplier Master Data: update and manage supplier records in the system.
  • Processing Travel & Expenses Reports: review, verify and process submissions to support employees and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Supporting Audits: assist in preparing documentation and providing insights during internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring Compliance: review processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal frameworks.

Your profile

  • Commercial diploma or equivalent with proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of financial systems.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a sense of humor who thrives in a collaborative setting.
