Aufgaben, die Dir gefallen werden

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung diverser Buchhaltungsarbeiten im Neben- und Hauptbuch
  • Präzise Berechnung, Erstellung und Buchung von vielfältigen Buchungsvorgängen
  • Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses einschließlich der Rechnungsabgrenzung und Erstellung verschiedener Auswertungen
  • Gewissenhafte Umsetzung der buchhalterischen Konzernrichtlinien und enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen innerhalb der Gruppe
  • Verantwortlich für die effektive Kommunikation als Schnittstelle bei externen Audits, um eine reibungslose Durchführung und erfolgreiche Ergebnisse zu gewährleisten.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in unterschiedlichen Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
  • Effektive Kommunikation und Schnittstellenmanagement zur IT hinsichtlich Incident Management und Fehlerbehebung

Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit erfolgreicher Weiterbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen, z. B. Fachausweis in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Treuhand
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Finanzbuchhaltung oder Treuhand, mit fundierten OR-Kenntnissen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP (FI/CO); Erfahrung mit Hyperion Financial Management ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, präzise und zielgerichtet zu arbeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
