Funktion: Accounting & Reporting Specialist

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldungen zuhanden der Aufsichtsbehörden (FINMA/SNB) inkl. Ad-hoc Informationsanforderungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Berechnung und Erstellung von Reportings zu Liquidität und Eigenmitteln der Bank
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldungen
  • Unterstützung bei Aufgaben aus dem Bereich Accounting
  • Bewirtschaftung der Rückstellungen inkl. Erstellung des Rückstellungsreportings gemäss der Rechnungslegungsverordnung-FINMA (RelV)
  • Mitarbeit bei den Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen im Reportingumfeld
Anforderungen

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bei einer Bank mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung oder Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaft (Universität, Fachhochschule) und verfügen bereits über eine erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion innerhalb eines Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmens oder aus der Wirtschaftsprüfung bei Kunden in diesem Sektor. Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen sowie Analysen und zeichnen sich durch Ihre hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und durch ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken aus. Als teamorientierte, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Person sind Sie es gewohnt, selbständig und exakt zu arbeiten. Der Umgang mit MS Office sowie Bankanwendungen (Avaloq- und FIRE Kenntnisse von Vorteil) fällt Ihnen leicht. Professionelle Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
