About Us:

G-20 is a leading trading firm specializing in multi-asset trading strategies across a diverse range of global markets. We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and driven Junior Multi-Asset Trader to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about financial markets and looking to grow their career in the trading industry.


Position Overview:

As a Junior Multi-Asset Trader, you will support senior traders in executing and managing trades across a wide range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and foreign exchange. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing trading strategies, and assisting in the execution of trades while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the execution of trades across various asset classes
  2. Monitor market conditions and provide real-time analysis of asset movements
  3. Support senior traders with daily trading operations and portfolio management
  4. Perform quantitative and qualitative market research to identify potential trading opportunities
  5. Help develop and optimize trading strategies using both fundamental and technical analysis
  6. Maintain accurate records of trades and performance, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations
  7. Collaborate with risk management and research teams to assess potential risks and opportunities
  8. Continuously stay informed on global economic news, market developments, and trends impacting asset classes

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in financial markets
  3. Basic understanding of financial instruments and market structures across multiple asset classes
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with trading platforms and programming languages (Python, R, etc.) is a plus
  5. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  7. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and personal development
