CE QUE TU FAIS BOUGER

  1. Grâce à ton expertise et à ton engagement, tu participes activement à l'établissement et au développement de nouvelles relations commerciales dans la zone de marché de Bienne et de ses environs.
  2. Tu contribues à façonner l'avenir de nos clients de manière ciblée.
  3. Tu agis en première ligne pour nos clients sur de nombreuses questions de gestion d'entreprise, de droit fiscal et de droit social.
  4. Tu assures le suivi et le conseil de nos clients de manière autonome, globale et orientée vers la recherche de solutions.
  5. Tu diriges et soutiens ton équipe sur le plan professionnel et personnel.

POUR RÉUSSIR

  1. Tu es expert(e) fiduciaire diplômé(e) ou tu as un MAS HES en fiduciaire ou tu es sur le point d'obtenir ton diplôme.
  2. Tu es idéalement enraciné(e) dans la région de Bienne et tu apportes un réseau correspondant.
  3. Tu disposes d'une expérience confirmée dans le suivi et le conseil professionnels de clients PME.
  4. Tu te démarques particulièrement par tes compétences élevées en matière de conseil et ton orientation vers les services.
  5. Tu disposes d'une méthode de travail structurée, efficace et fiable.
  6. Tu es un leader expérimenté, capable de motiver et d'inspirer une équipe et de créer un environnement de travail positif.
  7. Tu réagis de manière flexible aux exigences changeantes et tu fais preuve d'un grand plaisir à relever une multitude de défis.
