Materials Coordinator

Rate: Up to CHF 58.32 phr (8 Hours per day)

Duration: 12 months

Your main duties as a Materials Coordinator will include:

• Deciding if order modifications are acceptable or not and responding directly to the suppliers (accept quantity increase or decrease, accept delivery date postponement).
• Providing visibility on stock out date to other departments in order to drive their own activities (sampling, testing, release).
• Escalating processes when a blocking point is identified (order postponement too late, critical item below safety stock identified in supply chain alert report).

Additional duties will include:

• Leading “Raw Material Tiers” daily meeting and taking and/or attributing actions when necessary.
• Analyzing MRP non-BOM messages and creating new orders accordingly.
• Working on continuous improvement activities such as the creation and update of tutorials for Raw Mat Supply Chain Activities.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of a GMP environment.
• ERP proficiency.

Languages:

Strong English written and verbal skills.
