Materials Coordinator (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• Management of the procurement process (supplier relationships, administrative management, updating information).
• 30% Reporting / analysis and continuous improvement (KPIs related to the procurement process, parts rationalization, targeting cost savings).
• 20% Analysis of consumption and anticipation of future needs to ensure the continuity of the supply chain.
• 10% Support in managing the Spare Parts warehouse (reporting, training).
• Carrying out management tasks within the procurement process: placing orders, updating data, and handling invoicing.

Qualification:

• Commercial training with potential specialization in procurement or a technical background acquired through education or experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
• Knowledge of a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage processes and propose improvement actions.
• Strong analytical skills for handling large volumes of data, with the ability to identify priorities and propose optimization actions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning), including order processing and stock management workflows.
• Familiarity with standard office tools such as MS Office.
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of German.
