Responsibilities:
  • Actively lead the Plant Ecosystem as a Site Leader for ownership of local products and work toward redefining to a platform or standard product according to the company's vision and maturity strategy.
  • Lead / Support all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments including product and technology transfer initiatives.
  • Drive reliability of the product ecosystem through ALM/TLM programs and Cybersecurity mitigations.
  • Drive collaboration and execution with internal and external partners.
  • Assist technology transfer projects for manufacturing and test equipment between different sites.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of IT product (application) management, design and solution in deployment of major IT capabilities (like manufacturing/shop floor systems) across multiple sites.
  • 3+ years (BA) / 2+ years (MBA) of supply chain/operations, medical device experience in a regulatory environment, and knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Strong eye for business & communication skills. Shown ability to work efficiently with business and technology partners to understand business requirements.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services model where development and support services are provided by virtual, multi-location, multi-functional teams.
  • Leadership experience in forming teams with the above capabilities.
  • German language skills are mandatory; French is a plus.
  • Experience in project execution utilizing Agile/JIRA/rRDM methodology.
