Head of M&A

Do you want to help develop our portfolio of building technology companies in Switzerland? As head of M&A in Switzerland, you will play a central role in our expansion into the Swiss market.

Your role

As Head of M&A, you will manage the M&A activities from start to finish. This diverse role offers a wide range of activities across the acquisition process, from initial lead generation to the final closing of acquisitions. You will primarily work from our headquarters in Zürich and report directly to Swiss management. To reach our goal of acquiring 5-10 companies per year, you are however able and willing to drive across Switzerland to meet potential targets and attend acquisition meetings.

Who are you?

You are a driven personality that combines fundamental financial understanding and strong analytical abilities with excellent communication and social skills. Furthermore, you have a hands-on mentality and like to get things done without sacrificing precision. If in addition you are passionate about SMEs and entrepreneurs, you might be the perfect fit for the role.

On top of your winning personality, we expect you to bring the following experience and skills:

  • Master’s degree in finance
  • 3-5 years experience in M&A
  • A track record in deal-closing and an active business network with trusted relationships
  • Speaks German, English, and French
