Résumé

En tant que consultant en solutions Achats chez OJC, vous apportez une expertise de haut niveau sur les solutions d’entreprise telles qu’Ivalua, Coupa et GEP, et vous vous impliquez dans des projets stratégiques pour nos clients grands comptes. Vous gérez les projets directement avec le client ou le chef de projet, dirigez les ateliers de conception, rédigez les spécifications fonctionnelles et participez à la gestion de projet. Selon les missions, vous prenez part à la configuration des applications, aux formations utilisateurs, à la gestion de la qualité.

Nos consultants et ingénieurs travaillent sur l’optimisation des processus et le déploiement des meilleures solutions de gestion du marché. Spécialistes des solutions de gestion des Achats et de la Supply Chain, nous sommes établis dans 7 pays d’Europe occidentale et d’Amérique du Nord. La plupart de nos projets sont internationaux, et nombre de nos clients sont basés en Suisse.

Fonctions et responsabilités

  • Conception : préparer et diriger les ateliers de conception, analyser et construire les processus fonctionnels, rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Implémentation : participer à la configuration et à la gestion de la qualité (rédaction et automatisation de scénarios de tests)
  • Gestion de projet : diriger ou assister aux réunions et aux comités de pilotage (internes et côté client) ; contrôler les délais, les coûts et les risques en utilisant la méthodologie OJC.
  • Accompagnement client : recueil de besoin, conduite du changement (préparation de supports, formations), support utilisateur
  • Participer occasionnellement aux processus d’avant-vente (analyse des besoins du client, étude de faisabilité, contribution à la rédaction de propositions).

Qualification et expérience

  • Expérience en gestion de projet et en analyse fonctionnelle dans le domaine Achats ou Supply Chain
  • Implication préalable dans la configuration de logiciels métiers intégrés.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de communication.
