Your role

Are you looking for a role in a global organization with hybrid work: office & home office? Within the Financial Messaging team of the Strategic Delivery in Schaffhausen we are looking for

Specialist to:

  1. Monitor the worldwide messaging flow in Messaging Platform (5,5 x 24)
  2. Review, report, and escalate non-automatically transmitted messages
  3. Evaluate access rights to the Messaging Infrastructure
  4. Support business divisions on their requests via chat, mail, and tickets
  5. Assist in reviewing business specifications and innovative solutions
  6. Proactively support relationship management with internal stakeholders and business partners in key projects and initiatives

Your team

The Financial Messaging Monitoring team in our Strategic Delivery Location in Schaffhausen supports processes, projects, and tools used globally by the bank for Financial Messaging. As the business support coverage is global, we follow a shift work schedule. You and your colleagues liaise with different bank functions and stakeholders to monitor, control, and optimize the related processes. Diversity helps us grow together. Your expertise and experience

  1. Education degree or business/banking apprenticeship including multi-year experience in operations (banking, financial institution)
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the messaging or payments landscape
  3. IT affinity including excellent PC literacy (Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  4. Experience with SWIFT and payment systems is desirable
  5. Written and verbal communication skills in English, German, and other languages
  6. Highly responsible, reliable, and client service-oriented
  7. Strong risk awareness for escalation issues, analytical skills, and ability to interpret complex outputs
  8. Motivated, disciplined, self-directed, and able to work across teams and functions
  9. Willingness to work in shifts: Day/Late/Night (also on bank holidays and business verifications on Sundays)

Contract Details: Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
