specialist to:
- Monitoring of the worldwide messaging flow in Messaging Platform (5,5 x 24)
- Review, reporting and escalation of the non-automatically transmitted messages
- Evaluation of the access rights to the Messaging Infrastructure
- Support business divisions on their requests by chat, mail and ticket’s
- Assist in a review of business specifications and innovative solutions
- Pro-actively support relationship management with internal stakeholders, business partners in the key projects and initiatives
Your team
The Financial Messaging Monitoring team in our Strategic Delivery Location in Schaffhausen is supporting processes, projects and tools used globally by the bank for Financial Messaging. As the business support coverage is global, we follow the shift work schedule based. You and your colleagues liaise with different bank functions and stakeholders in order to monitor, control and optimize the related processes. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise and experience
- Education degree or business/banking apprenticeship including education with multi-year experience in operations (banking, financial institution)
- Min 2 years of experience in the messaging or payments landscape
- IT – Affinity including excellent PC literacy (Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experienced with SWIFT and payment systems desirable
- Written and verbal communication skills in English, German, other languages
- Highly responsible and reliable, and client service oriented
- Strong risk awareness when to escalate issues, as well analytical skills, ability to interpret complex outputs
- Motivated, disciplined and self-directed as well as able to work across teams and functions
- Willingness to work in shifts: Day/Late/Night (also on bank holidays and business verifications on Sundays)
Initial 12 month contract with possibility of an extension.
