LHH is seeking a Senior Avaloq Developer for one of our esteemed clients. In this role, you will leverage your advanced software engineering skills and extensive knowledge of the Avaloq ecosystem, including Avaloq Script, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, Task Engine, Report Writer, Object Model, Transactional Model, and Booking Engine. You will contribute your expertise to the Trade & Transaction Reporting team within the larger Avaloq Regulatory department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and enhance current Trade and Transaction reporting solutions.
  2. Design and implement new features or modifications to existing functionalities in Trade and Transaction reporting.
  3. Execute small to medium-sized projects in collaboration with your team members in Trade and Transaction reporting.
  4. Evaluate and improve existing architectural solutions in conjunction with the Trade and Transaction reporting team.
  5. Participate actively in the Avaloq Regulatory team, providing support across other specialized areas including Tax, Compliance, Legal Reporting, and Accounting.
Profile
  1. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a focus on Software Engineering preferred.
  2. Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) certification or equivalent additional training.
  3. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Avaloq development.
  4. A solid grasp of banking and finance concepts.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. ACCP with a focus on Core Technologies is advantageous.
  7. Proven ability to engage with various stakeholders and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  8. Strong work ethic, integrity, and a high degree of accountability.
  9. Willingness to relocate to Basel, Switzerland.
