Your Opportunity
Location: Stabio (20% smart working) or Milan (40% smartworking)
How will You contribute
- Maintain the Business Processes SOD matrix, periodically updating:
- Systems relevant for SOD purposes;
- System permissions determining SOD conflicts;
- Maintain the business control framework and the related tools/documentation (ex. Risk Control Matrix), focusing on IT components such as reports and system configurations;
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on the annual IT testing plan and provide support to ensure timely and smooth completion of the SOD process;
- Lead and drive control improvements and efficiencies or process automation initiatives through partnering with business, IT department, and IT application owners.
Who you are
You are a professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, especially on IT SOD projects, for a Consultancy Company or in a company with a structured organization.
You have:
- Knowledge of main SOD conflicts at the business process level;
- Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (e.g. Alteryx);
- Ability to work in a team and a problem-solving approach;
- Flexible and proactive attitude;
- Knowledge of SAP authorization model will be considered a plus;
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian.
