Senior Compliance Officer

Our client, renowned for their commitment to integrity, sustainability, and responsible business practices, is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to lead the transformation and enhancement of their global compliance program.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will drive change management initiatives to implement and adopt new compliance frameworks, policies, and technologies, ensuring alignment with Corporate Compliance's strategic objectives.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders across various regions to coordinate communications, training, and changes to compliance processes. Your responsibilities include preparing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan to track related actions and provide regular updates to senior management. Additionally, you will develop and implement communication strategies, training programs, and awareness campaigns to educate employees and foster a culture of compliance. You will also establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track project delivery and effectiveness, supporting continuous improvement within the compliance function.
Essential for the role is:
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to anti-bribery and corruption (ABAC), anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions compliance, and other compliance areas.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in anti-financial crime compliance / investigations, and multi-jurisdictional change projects or programme enhancement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
