Sie entwickelt und produziert hochwertige Mess- und Regelgeräte für die Online-Wasseranalytik – eingesetzt u. a. in Trink- und Abwasser, Kraftwerken, Pharma-, Halbleiter-, Kühl- und Reinstwasser sowie Dampf- und Kondensatsystemen. SWAN wächst kontinuierlich. Damit steigen auch die Anforderungen an Service, Support und die internationale Zusammenarbeit. Mit der Einführung der IFS-Cloud entsteht ein idealer Moment, um Aftersales-Prozesse zu optimieren, zu harmonisieren und weltweit zu verankern. DEINE AUFGABE In dieser Rolle bist du direkt dem Head After Sales unterstellt und arbeitest eng mit den Serviceorganisationen weltweit sowie dem IT-ERP-Team zusammen. Durchführung von Workshops (remote und vor Ort) zur Harmonisierung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Aftersales-Prozesses (Lifecycle) vom Angebot, Ausführung, bis zur Verrechnung. Mitarbeit im IFS-Cloud-Projekt : Vorbereitung, Implementierung und Schulung der Key-User Einführung und Nutzung von Low-Code-Lösungen (Novacura) für Prozessunterstützung, Reporting (KPI’s) und Auswertungen Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Service-, Support- und Materialflussprozesse Unterstützung der User im täglichen Aftersales-Business DEINE KOMPETENZEN Du verfügst über eine technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Aus- / Weiterbildung auf Niveau HF / FH und bringst Erfahrung im Prozess- und Projektmanagement mit – idealerweise im technischen Service- oder Aftersales-Umfeld, vorzugsweise mit ERP-Bezug (IFS von Vorteil). Du kannst Stakeholder aktiv einbeziehen, Workshops leiten und pragmatische Lösungen finden, die überzeugen und Akzeptanz finden. Zusätzlich bringst du mit : Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch Freude an interdisziplinärer und interkultureller Zusammenarbeit Internationale Reisebereitschaft ca. 20% Technisches Verständnis, Analysefähigkeit und Sicherheit im Umgang mit KPIs und Reports PERSPEKTIVE und BENEFITS Diese Position eignet sich hervorragend für jemanden, der den nächsten Schritt machen möchte und gerne sichtbar Wirkung erzielt.
