Service Delivery Project Manager At Smarttech247, we have been at the forefront of cybersecurity with over a decade of experience within the industry. We are seeking a Service Delivery Project Manager passionate about delivering great customer experience and projects, who will work closely with various teams across the company, with our global customers and other stakeholders. This client facing role will be responsible for simultaneously executing numerous cybersecurity related projects during the initial customer engagement and ensure successful service delivery after implementation. This position will require a deep understanding of the onboarding process and the ability to interpret and convey complex messages and feedback to a client, vendor or internal stakeholder. Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid – 2–3 days on site per week), open to applications for Romania but must be based in Bucharest or Iasi. Job Description · Coordinate and be accountable for all customer onboarding phases: ->Initiation (project assessment and project plan creation) ->Planning (management of the process of developing a statement of work including a detailed implementation plan and documentation in the customer onboarding kit) ->Implementation ->Monitor and control ->Closing (ensures projects are closed, stakeholders are informed and lessons learned are documented for each project) · Budget Management (where applicable) · Drive projects forward, anticipate needs, understand the risks and problem solve across teams · Client relationship management: ->Participate in the development of an
