We are seeking an Senior Construction Manager for a 12‑month project (with extension possibility) to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Basel Canton, overseeing major CAPEX investment projects. Start date Nov/Dec 2025. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate construction activities across multiple CAPEX projects within pharma and utilities environments. Oversee contractors, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and EHS compliance. Manage stakeholder interfaces across engineering, procurement, validation, and operations. Your Profile Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). 8+ years’ experience in CAPEX or industrial construction management, ideally in pharma, biotech, or chemicals. Strong background in EPCM contractor management and GMP construction. Fluent in English; German an advantage.
