Poste vacant de QC Analyst (French) pour notre client à Neuchâtel dans le secteur pharma.

Vos tâches :

  1. Assurer l'entretien régulier, l'étalonnage du matériel utilisé, le contrôle des alarmes de température conformément aux procédures en vigueur ainsi que le remplissage correct des carnets de bord et leur révision.
  2. Soutenir les équipes de contrôle qualité dans les tâches non liées aux essais (préparation de solutions pour l'analyse, transfert de congélateur, activité d'autoclavage, etc.)
  3. Chaque employé est tenu de respecter et d'appliquer les règles ESS. S'il constate des écarts par rapport à ces règles de la part de collègues ou de parties prenantes externes, il joue également un rôle actif en rappelant aux personnes concernées l'application des règles EHS.
  4. Contrôler, aliquoter, identifier, enregistrer, distribuer, stocker ou détruire les échantillons, conformément aux procédures opérationnelles en vigueur et aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication.
  5. Respecter les bonnes pratiques de réception, de traitement et de distribution définies dans les procédures/protocoles.
  6. Enregistrer, documenter et communiquer aux services concernés toute déviation observée lors de la réception des échantillons.
  7. Recevoir et compléter les attributs spécifiques à chaque échantillon dans le système approprié (le cas échéant) selon les délais définis.
  8. Recevoir et enregistrer les échantillons de réserve dans le système approprié.
  9. Enregistrer les transferts d'échantillons de réserve dans l'équipement approprié répertorié.
  10. Effectuer les sorties de secours selon les demandes formulées par les laboratoires via le système approprié.
  11. Envoyer des échantillons à des sites externes ou à des autorités réglementaires conformément aux calendriers définis et aux procédures en vigueur.
  12. Préparer des cryotubes pour l'échantillonnage dans les zones de production, le cas échéant.

Votre expérience/connaissance :

  • Expérience de 2 ans dans un laboratoire cGMP ou 2 ans minimum en tant qu’analyste I
  • Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans un laboratoire cGMP ou minimum 2 ans en tant qu’analyste II
  • Bonnes connaissances en méthodes de laboratoires
  • Très bonnes connaissances en méthodes de laboratoires
  • Bonnes connaissance des cGMP
  • Connaissances de l’aspect Data Integrity
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l’aspect Data Integrity

Language & IT Skills :

  • Être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques usuels (pack Office)
  • Français obligatoire
