About your role
Based on your strong understanding of business risks in a regulated environment, you will ensure first-class risk monitoring and have the relevant compliance and legal topics under control at all times. Consistent with our Operational Excellence claim, it is your responsibility to develop and implement a comprehensive framework to ensure a high-level risk and compliance culture with first and second line of defense.
What will you do?
- Responsible for risk management and all regulatory, legal and compliance issues of the Group, its investment compartments and all advisory and client mandates.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance in all areas of asset management and fund governance along the value chain (CISA, FinSA/FinIA, KYC, AML, cross-border, market integrity and conflicts of interest).
- Support projects such as the structuring of new products and offers in the Swiss market and in other jurisdictions.
- Monitor, control and develop the ICS as well as the directive system.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly regulatory authorities and external legal advisors.
What experience do you need?
- University degree in business administration or law.
- Further education in risk management, compliance or as an auditor is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar function within a regulatory environment.
- Experience in asset management or private equity is a bonus.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a “can do” attitude.
- Goal-oriented, ambitious and independent.
- Highly competent in communicating and dealing with various stakeholders.
- Excellent German and very good English language skills.
