Du identifizierst die richtigen Medienpartner baust kreative Kooperationen auf und stellst sicher dass unsere Stories bei der Zielgruppe ankommen. Storytelling at its best Du erkennst spannende Geschichten die das Potenzial haben viral zu gehen und entwickelst sie zu packenden Medienprodukten. Gemeinsam mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern kreierst du Inhalte die nicht nur unsere Marke stärken sondern auch Emotionen wecken. Du analysierst die Performance deiner Kommunikationsmassnahmen erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und passt deine Strategien an um sicherzustellen dass wir immer am Puls der Zeit bleiben. Projektleitung mit Impact Du leitest Kommunikationsprojekte im Bereich Musik Festivals und Gaming von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei kümmerst du dich um die Abstimmung zwischen internen Teams und externen Partnern stellst klare Briefings sicher und behältst Timings und Budgets im Blick. Partnerschaften die rocken Du arbeitest mit Freelancern Fotografen und Agenturen zusammen briefst sie präzise und leitest sie sicher durch jedes Projekt. Du koordinierst und leitest externe Partner um sicherzustellen dass alle auf ein gemeinsames Ziel hinarbeiten : maximale Aufmerksamkeit und Erfolg für unsere Projekte. Qualifications : Ausbildung : Du bringst 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Medienarbeit Kommunikation oder Marketing mit und verfügst über einen Abschluss oder eine Weiterbildung in Public Relations Publizistik Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Marketing. Strategischer Kopf : Du verstehst wie man Messages so platziert dass sie bei den richtigen Zielgruppen landen. Dein Schreibstil überzeugtund du erkennst sofort welche Story das Potenzial hat gross rauszukommen. Projekt-Profi : Du übernimmst Verantwortung führst dein Projekt-Team sicher und bringst Projekte erfolgreich ins Ziel. Marketing-Allrounder : Dein vernetztes Denken und dein starkes Marketingverständnis machen dich zum Allround-Talent. Sprachen : Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch dein Englisch sitzt perfekt und sofern du Französisch sprichst ist das ein grosses Plus.
