Mit ihrem Standort in Zürich Oerlikon hat die Teleinformatik ein breites Einzugsgebiet; wir sind nah und rasch bei unseren Kunden. Ob Hard- oder Software, Server oder Client, Installation oder Support, wir erledigen alles aus einer Hand für unsere Kunden. Das Team der Teleinformatik besteht aus kompetenten Mitarbeitern verschiedensten Alters. Unsere gut ausgebildeten und verschieden zertifizierten Fachleute sind in der Lage, dank enger Zusammenarbeit ein sehr breites Spektrum an Aufträgen anzunehmen und professionell umzusetzen. Wir setzen uns zudem für Nachwuchsförderung ein, integrieren unsere Lernende fest ins Team und beziehen sie aktiv in unsere Projekte mit ein.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Fachliche Führung aller Systems Engineers und Knowhow-Treiber
  • Erstellung von technischen Konzepten, Abnahme von technischen Lösungen
  • Projektleitung komplexer Umgebungen
  • Evaluierung und Prüfung neuer Technologien und Produkte
  • Technische Verantwortung und Betreuung von Schlüsselkunden
  • Einbindung von neuen Features und Tools (intern und für Kunden)
  • Unterstützung im Second Level-Support

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf HF- oder FH-Stufe in Fachrichtung IT Services Engineering oder Systemtechnik
  • Mindestens 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung nach der Lehre in der Systemtechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in selbständiger Umsetzung von Projekten im KMU-Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Systems Engineer in einem IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen erwünscht
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des Microsoft-Umfelds und deren Clouddienste MS365, Azure, Intune, …
  • Gute Virtualisierung Kenntnisse (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V von Vorteil)
  • Gute Windows Server Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gutes Netzwerk Verständnis (TCP-IP / LAN/WAN / WLAN), SonicWall- und Cisco-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Zertifizierungen erwünscht
  • Guter Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Kunden
  • Sehr gute Analyse-Fähigkeiten
  • Technik-begeistert, flexibel und belastbar
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Fliessend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
