THE POSITIONThese are your key tasks:
  1. Contribute to project planning, service level agreements, and risk management across FIFA's tournament and event schedule, with a long-term focus (up to 4 years ahead)
  2. Develop and implement best practices for managing the FIFA uniform program, including setting service levels, handling communications, and tracking uniform issuance
  3. Oversee uniform operations for FIFA tournaments and events, ensuring smooth day-to-day and mass issuance processes, while identifying and driving efficiency improvements
  4. Champion uniform program directives, ensuring alignment and presenting tournament-specific requirements at Workforce Briefings
  5. Prepare and present monthly reports on uniform orders, stock levels, inventory, and project status, addressing challenges and proposing risk mitigation strategies
  6. Monitor inventory levels, plan orders based on budget allocations, and manage supplier lead times to ensure timely delivery
  7. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external uniform suppliers, ensuring compliance with Framework Agreements and enforcing contractual obligations
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to support the implementation, configuration, and development of systems for efficient inventory, stock management, and order processing
  9. Assist in the design and development of tournament-specific uniforms, managing the approval process and ensuring timely delivery according to critical deadlines

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  1. 3-5 years experience in uniform or retail experience
  2. Strong understanding of the business of sports, with preferable prior experience in global sporting events or FIFA events
  3. Robust experience in logistics and knowledge of international shipping best practices
  4. Strong project management and presentation skills
  5. Fluent in English
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience using CRM, SAP and project management tools e.g. Monday.com
  7. Motivated team player with internal and external stakeholders
  8. Effective relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-national team and across several time zones
  9. Ability to be flexible and adopt an innovative mindset
