For our site in Cham, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The Role:

  • Contract Billing: Understanding a contractual agreement to identify the established milestones, track the completion of the defined activities and issue the associated invoices.
  • Contract Review (customer orders receiving, data check and orders loading into the system).
  • Expediting: monitoring of whole orders process (from order entry to delivery).
  • Monitoring of shipment dates in order to respect our client commitment.
  • Daily updating of data / information in the software, according to the internal procedures (OTD).
  • Monitoring raw materials and components of clients’ property (arrival into the plant and eventual storage in our warehouse).
  • Loading and verification of customers forecast according to procedure in place (S&OP).

The Candidate:

  • Bachelor degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and contract billing.
  • Fluent in English AND in French; Polish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship building skills.
  • Flexibility is a must.
  • Proactive, able to look for solutions and solve problems.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Motivated, willing to develop, grow and learn.
  • Experience in pharma is a plus, but not mandatory.
