Zur Ergänzung unseres ICT-Teams in Allschwil suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kundenorientierte, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Person als ICT System & Cloud Engineer 80 - 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben
  1. Sie gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Betrieb der betreuten IT-Infrastruktur und Applikationen On-Premise und in der Cloud.
  2. Sie leisten 2nd Level Support und beheben fehlerhafte Systemzustände von komplexen und vernetzten Systemen.
  3. Sie setzen selbständig Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung der Client- und Server-Infrastruktur um und pflegen ein aktives Management unserer externen Partner.
  4. Sie leisten einen aktiven Beitrag im Change-, Problem- und Incident-Management (Second-Level).
  5. Sie erstellen und pflegen Systemdokumentationen und optimieren operative Prozesse.
Sie bringen mit
  1. Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik, Computerwissenschaft und Zertifizierungen im ITIL, Microsoft, Linux oder anderer System Admin Tools sind von Vorteil.
  2. Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Client und Server Systemen im Microsoft und Linux Umfeld (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP...), Netzwerken, SQL-Datenbanken.
  3. Erfahrung mit den Virtualisierungslösungen Citrix oder Nutanix sowie Infoblox, MS Defender, AppSense und PRTG von Vorteil.
  4. Erfahrung in der Realisierung und Support von MS Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams und Exchange online.
  5. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
