Responsibilities
Summary of the Role
The Professional Education Project Manager (ProfEd) owns the planning and administrative execution of key ProfEd activities including the Medical Faculty Education (MFE) program.
Is the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (clinicians and third parties) on administrative, compliance, and logistics aspects.
Supports the contracting/consulting agreements process of HCPs and third parties in close collaboration with compliance and ProfEd coordinators. Submits HCP engagements and ProfEd activities into the compliance system, and ensures required approvals are obtained in a timely manner. Secures proper follow-up with HCPs and tracks status and progress.
Support the event manager regarding pre-defined in-person meetings such as MFE and other key ProfEd programs.
Coordinates regular communication/conference calls and secures proper follow-up with the involved stakeholders.
Liaises with IT/third-party agency(s) to create and maintain an MFE web portal from Cordis website.
- Builds and maintains dashboards to track progress of HCP engagement activities and key programs, including MFE.
- Point of contact re DEB MFE stakeholders.
- Facilitates contracting process.
- Coordinates regular communication/conference calls.
- Builds and manages DEB MFE web-portal.
- Channels and facilitates training content approval.
- Loads and circulates updated training content.
- Coordinates logistics with event manager for in-person meetings.
- Tracks program progress and KPIs (DEB MFE HCP engagements).
Qualifications
What you will need
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent.
- Project management experience, previous contact with HCP-KOLs, marketing, or sales within the medical device industry.
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in virtual content management portals; will need to create this as a priority.
- Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
What Else We Look For
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular space/Med devices and Company's products.
- Willingness to occasionally travel within EMEA and APAC region.
