Die Abteilung Information & Communication Technology (ICT) setzt die digitale Zielvision der V-ZUG in strategischen Projekten um und entwickelt sich kontinuierlich weiter. Sie entwickelt Lösungen für die V-ZUG Gruppe – gemeinsam und hands-on – und arbeitet eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um effiziente und sichere Technologien bereitzustellen.

Das bietet dir die Stelle

  • Als Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Power Platform Technical Consultant verstärkst du unser Dynamics Team innerhalb des Enterprise Application Teams.
  • Du bist gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern verantwortlich für den technischen Betrieb der CRM-Lösungen und Systeme (Sales, Service, Marketing).
  • Als Technical Lead für Microsoft Dynamics verantwortest du die Supportprozesse für Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Du führst den technischen Teil bei Definitionen und Umsetzungen neuer Lösungen, gibst die entsprechende Richtung vor und fungierst als SPOC für interne und externe Ansprechpersonen.
  • In der Power Platform, insbesondere Power Automate und Power Apps, aber auch Power BI und Azure Services verfügst du über entsprechende Erfahrungen.
  • Du prägst die Zukunft der digitalen Transformation bei V-ZUG wesentlich mit und erzielst mit deiner Hands-on Attitüde aussergewöhnliche Ergebnisse mit dem Ziel, ein nahtloses Erlebnis für unsere Kundschaft zu schaffen.
  • Unsere globale Systemlandschaft gestaltest du aktiv mit und kennst dich idealerweise architektonisch mit Integrationsplattformen aus, auch in Bezug auf SAP S / 4HANA.

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit

  • Du hast eine höhere Ausbildung (FH / Uni / ETH) in Informations- / Kommunikations-technologie, allenfalls mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung, oder verfügst über die entsprechende Berufserfahrung (Beispiel Functional Consultant Zertifikate).
  • Du bist unser:e technische:r Expert:in im Bereich CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 und idealerweise Power Platform.
  • Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert, wobei eine Zertifizierung nach SAFe, IPMA, PMI, Scrum, o.ä. ein zusätzliches Plus ist.
  • Du verfügst über Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
  • Dank deiner kommunikativen und motivierenden Art fällt es dir leicht, unter Berücksichtigung der ICT Governance technisch nachhaltige Lösungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen zu erarbeiten.
  • Für die Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen im In- und Ausland setzen wir sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Organisationstalent sowie gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten voraus.
