As part of the Treasury and Payments team in Banking Operations, in the COO division of the bank, you are globally responsible for shaping and driving the development of Cash Management, Money Market, Forex and Precious Metals in Operations.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  1. Develop and execute a transformational roadmap for Cash Management, Money Market, Forex, and Precious Metals products globally, aligning with business strategy and priorities.

  2. Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to optimize value across the end-to-end lifecycle, prioritizing stories in the backlog based on client needs, market trends, competitors, and regulatory/technological advancements.

  3. Define functional requirements and standards for vendor-delivered products, agreeing on technical design and implementation approaches.

  4. Provide accurate estimates for development efforts, ensuring that stakeholders have a clear understanding of resource allocation and timelines.

  5. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and initiate necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

  6. Manage relevant Run-the-Bank (RtB) topics, such as SLAs, incident/problem management, audit actions and ensure the implementation of meaningful KPIs to measure service quality and performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. Proven experience in driving change within Operations, preferably in Cash Management, MM, FX and PM products.

  2. 2-3 years of working as a product owner or as a project manager.

  3. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.

  4. In-depth knowledge of front-to-back processes, including FX, MM, PM, and Cash Management.

  5. Strong understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, and the typical banking product landscape.

  6. Experience with CBPR+, SWIFT, SEPA, and SIC standards (ISO20022).

  7. Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.

  8. Excellent stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

  9. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  10. Growth-oriented and agile mindset, with a passion for driving change and innovation.

  11. Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering a collaborative work environment.

  12. Know-how on Instant Payments preferred (SIC, TIPS).

  13. Proficiency in English, with basic understanding of German; additional languages are a plus.
