As our Wholesale Finance team continues to evolve, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Process & Reporting Analyst (100%) to join our team. In this key role, you will drive process optimization, automate reporting workflows, and ensure seamless operations across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsabilities
Reporting & Automation:
- Continuation and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for dealers, brands, supervisory bodies (e.g., Wholesale Finance HQ), and local team management.
- Reduction of manual work by automating reports and independently acquiring knowledge about reporting possibilities using internal tools.
Processes & Documentation:
- Analysis of existing processes and their consistent development towards increasing efficiency.
- Cataloging of process documentations and their ongoing updates.
Support, Interfaces & Recovery:
- Support with administrative tasks at the team management level, as well as in the creation and delivery of presentations for dealers, brands, and local management.
- Interactive exchange with Sales & Marketing, dealers, and brands; acting as a Point of Contact for specific inquiries.
- Clarification of critical payment arrears directly with dealers by phone to avoid defaults.
- Interface to ICT HQ and internal ICT for issue and ticket management.
Training & Backup:
- Delivery of system (e.g., Easy Deal) and process training.
- Safeguarding against single-person dependencies and stepping in during bottlenecks (e.g., 13.20, demo process, TKS, uploading invoices, etc.).
Requirements
Workload:
Fixed workload of 100% (part-time is not possible for this role).
Personality & Communication:
- Open, communicative personality who can position him/herself and enjoys contributing in a constructive manner.
- Proactive attitude with strong communication skills; comfortable conducting challenging/uncomfortable conversations (e.g., reminders to overdue dealers) in a solution-oriented and assertive manner.
- Enjoys presenting confidently to different audiences in both German and English.
IT & Technical Skills:
- Solid experience in Excel pivoting and confident in using standard Excel formulas.
- Proficient use of MS PowerPoint.
- Languages: Excellent German and English skills are required (alternatively, outstanding English skills are strictly required). Any additional national language is a clear advantage.
