Role Description This is a contract, on-site German Teacher role located in Bern. The German Teacher will plan and deliver engaging German language lessons for groups and individual learners, following established curricula and adapting materials to different proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assigning and correcting exercises, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on course design, reporting on learner outcomes, and maintaining clear communication with clients and learners to ensure high-quality instruction and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in German Teaching and general Teaching, with the ability to instruct diverse learner groups.
• Background in Education, including familiarity with language-learning methodologies and curricula.
• Relevant degree or certification in German language, education, or a related field.
• Ability to structure lessons, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt teaching methods to learner needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a professional, learner-centered approach.
• Prior experience teaching in professional or corporate settings is an advantage.
