Responsibilities
- Own and drive the global SAP CX / CRM architecture based on SAP Sales Cloud v2 and Service Cloud v2
- Design scalable, end-to-end solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Digital Customer Experience
- Define and implement integration and data architectures across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and connected platforms
- Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs, architecture guidelines, and implementation roadmaps
- Lead architectural governance and key technology decisions in line with enterprise architecture and security standards
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to continuously evolve CRM capabilities
- Shape and drive the future roadmap of the global Customer Engagement ecosystem
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Proven experience as Solution Architect or Lead Architect in large-scale SAP CRM transformation programs
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud v2, SAP Service Cloud v2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration architecture (APIs, event-driven architecture, master data integration, customer data management, integration patterns)
- Ability to define architecture roadmaps and translate business strategy into scalable, secure solution designs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English
- Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., SAFe) and influencing senior stakeholders
