This leading Swiss international trust company plays a strategic role in supporting clients in achieving their financial and structuring objectives across fiduciary services, trusts, domestic and international tax, legal advisory, and broader financial solutions.
With a well-established presence headquartered in Zurich and a network of international offices, the firm serves a sophisticated client base including HNWIs, law firms, family offices, and financial institutions worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial companies, trusts, and foundations within an international environment
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality communication and relationship management
- Oversee administrative and compliance matters, including FATCA, AML, and CRS requirements
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and supervision of client and entity data and documentation
- Contribute actively to client-driven projects and support business growth initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and identify new opportunities for client engagement
Requirements
- STEP certification (completed or in progress)
- University degree in Law, Economics, or a related discipline
- Proven experience within the international trust and fiduciary industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute to business development efforts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Comfortable with industry-standard IT tools and open to digital innovation
- Fluency in English and German is essential; additional languages are a strong asset
