IMS & Documentation Manager (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously develop the global Integrated Management System (IMS) and Documentation Management function
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements across all sites
  • Drive the harmonization and continuous improvement of processes, standards and documentation
  • Manage and further develop digital documentation management and effective document governance
  • Coordinate certification activities and ensure the organization's ongoing certification readiness
  • Support the implementation and further development of relevant management systems and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to promote operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Degree in a technical field combined with extensive experience in quality management within serial production
  • Strong command of German and English
  • Certification in Quality and Process Management and experience as an ISO 9001 auditor
  • Sound knowledge of quality management methods such as 8D, APQP, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of additional standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 or ISO 27001 is an advantage
  • Experience with digital documentation management systems
  • Proactive, goal- and solution-oriented personality with strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
