Nous recherchons un Logs Management Specialist (F/H) afin de renforcer l'équipe IT d'une ONG internationale basée à Genève.

Dans le cadre du développement de l'équipe Monitoring Product, au sein du département IT, le Logs Management Specialist est au cœur de la gestion et de l'optimisation des capacités de gestion et d'analyse des logs de l'entreprise. Ce rôle est crucial dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et la participation aux contrôles de cybersécurité via la gestion des logs (notamment via Splunk et Cribl).

Vos missions

Missions principales :

  • Concevoir et planifier l'intégration des logs de chaque application afin de surveiller les activités suspectes.

Pour chaque journal :

✓ Identifier la période de rétention avec l'équipe de sécurité (CSTP).

✓ Identifier l'index et déterminer qui doit y avoir accès.

✓ Identifier la méthode de collecte (agent, appel API, etc.).

✓ Définir les métadonnées Splunk (source et type de source).

✓ S'assurer que les journaux inutiles ne sont pas ingérés (Cribl sera utilisé à cet effet).

✓ Documenter et maintenir selon les normes de l'organisation.

  • En collaboration avec les Practice Leads et les Product Owners, identifier tous les logs pertinents qui devront être intégrés à Splunk. L’objectif est de constituer un inventaire identifiant le format et l'emplacement.
  • Développer des règles de détection dans Splunk en respectant les règles de détection et de surveillance de CSTP et en rédigeant les requêtes Splunk utilisées pour les alertes.
  • Travailler avec les équipes internes pour identifier les admin owners des 21 applications critiques.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe Cybersécurité pour mettre en œuvre des processus de gestion des logs visant à prévenir les menaces potentielles ou les actions non autorisées.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe projet pour valider la feuille de route des contrôles de cybersécurité.
Vos compétences

💼

  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine technique, complété par un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'administration d'environnements multi-utilisateurs
  • Expertise dans la planification, la conception, la construction et la mise en œuvre de systèmes complexes adaptés à la gestion et à l'analyse des logs
  • Expérience en solutions Logs Management : solide expérience avec Splunk, incluant une expertise dans la collecte, le traitement et la visualisation des logs
  • Connaissance approfondie de SPL pour la rédaction des requêtes de règles dans Splunk
  • Services Cloud : Expérience avec des fournisseurs de services cloud, en particulier Azure, dans le déploiement et la gestion de solutions de gestion des journaux (Splunk, Elastic) et des services associés dans le cloud
  • Automatisation de l'infrastructure : Maîtrise des outils d'automatisation et de provisioning d'infrastructure, tels que PowerShell, Ansible, pour automatiser le déploiement et la gestion des solutions de gestion des logs
  • Outils de gestion de projet et de processus : Expérience avec des outils de gestion de projet et de processus (méthodologie agile telle que SCRUM, Microsoft TFS) en particulier dans la gestion des éléments du backlog produit (création, suivi)
