We are seeking dynamic Sales Account Executives to drive our continued growth in the DACH market. Building upon our existing customer base in this region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the retail and HORECA (hotel, restaurant, and care) sectors. As a key member of our mid-market sales team, you will collaborate with professionals across various disciplines within our international organization headquartered in Switzerland, including marketing, account executives, engineers, product managers, and designers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of our thriving B2B SaaS company.

Tasks
  • Drive expansion in the Swiss market by proactively identifying and qualifying leads through strategic prospecting, networking, and handling inbound inquiries.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies aimed at achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets, leveraging your insights into the market landscape and customer needs.
  • Deliver captivating product demonstrations to key decision-makers within the retail and HORECA sectors, showcasing the unique value proposition of our solutions and effectively persuading them to choose our product.
  • Foster seamless collaboration across departments by working closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams, ensuring alignment in strategies and providing valuable input to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, continuously updating the CRM system with detailed pipeline progress, accurate forecasts, and insightful performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrable success in B2B sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
  • Fluent in German for conducting client discussions, negotiations, and presentations, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently in business settings.
  • Proficient in English for internal business communication and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Proficient in delivering engaging virtual and on-site product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions effectively to potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of various sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, enabling you to craft and execute strategic sales plans tailored to different market segments and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, allowing you to build strong rapport with clients, articulate value propositions persuasively, and navigate complex sales discussions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Prior experience utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage and track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and generate insightful reports, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
