Tasks- Develop and grow the IT consutling business through business development and client acquisition and account management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the established pool of consultants and boutique service providers.
- Deliver exceptional consulting services to clients, ensuring their needs are met from strategy through to implementation.
- Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
- Several years’ experience in IT consulting, IT sales or temp recruitment on the Swiss market
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Solid sales drive and ability to win new clients
- English is essential and German would be a big plus
