Ihr Aufgabengebiet
  • Strategische und operative Leitung des gesamten F&B-Bereichs mit über 100 Mitarbeitenden
  • Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
  • Weiterentwicklung innovativer Gastronomiekonzepte, um Gäste fortlaufend auf höchstem Niveau begeistern zu können
  • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken und gästeorientierten Teams
  • Gestaltung und Kontrolle der Dienst- und Ferienpläne
  • Erstellen von Forecasts, Tagesberichten und weiteren F&B Statistiken
  • Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Performance des Bereichs unter Berücksichtigung von Budget- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern zur Optimierung des Gästeerlebnisses

Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im F&B-Bereich eines Luxushotels
  • Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse eines anspruchsvollen, globalen Gästepublikums
  • Inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Gespür für Gastlichkeit und Servicequalität
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer Gastronomieprojekte
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
