**Location**:
This position is located at our corporate office in Baar, Switzerland.

Overview:
One of the world‘s foremost names in luxury hospitality and a prime development operator requires an in-house tax advisor. Growth is fueling the need for commercial support and establishment of a tax team. You will be the sole tax advisor for the Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and implement the project management of a transfer pricing study for the Group
- Assist the legal and finance team with tax due diligence, tax structuring and tax modeling on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Prepare tax due diligence reports for C-suite audience
- Direct complex tax research and formulate tax-planning strategies
- Expand tax research skills through deep exploration of complex technical tax issues across a broad spectrum of tax law, etc.
- Assist in withholding tax issues for the Group
- This is an all-encompassing role that will see you undertake transfer pricing, international tax and liaising with the overseas local authorities, tax reporting, structuring, employment-related securities, and indirect tax responsibilities across approximately 15 tax jurisdictions

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated project management skills
- You will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and CFO and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the business as you will drive integral projects as the company continues to grow.
- Prior Big 4 experience and/ or in-house tax experience
- 5-8 years of experience in international taxation
- To be considered, you should have proven experience in multiple areas of tax and be ACA qualified and a certified tax expert -CTA/ Swiss Tax or similarly qualified.
- Excellent communicator and proven ability to distill complex issues into straightforward advice to the business.
- Happy to work autonomously and able to demonstrate ability to prioritise workloads particularly when under pressure.
- An appetite to do things differently and challenge processes where necessary.
