What you're going to do Are you committed to delivering innovative conversational AI solutions that transform the way organizations interact with their customers? We are seeking a talented and motivated consultant to join our strong and growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of conversational and generative AI. You will be the adviser for our clients by analyzing their needs and supporting them in defining and implementing strategic conversational AI roadmaps that generate sustainable value, while working with our interdisciplinary teams on various agile projects. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Advising our clients in defining and implementing strategic conversational AI roadmaps Designing end-to-end conversational AI solutions that address customer needs and take such aspects as organizational anchoring, technical feasibility, user experience, and return on investment into consideration Supporting bid activities and advising the project teams during project realization Maintaining a deep understanding of the value and potential of conversational and generative AI technologies and fostering the relationship with our product partners Being an ambassador by actively participating in various events, such as webinars and conferences What we're looking for Bachelor's or master's degree (ETH/university of applied sciences/university) in computer science, data science, or a related field Significant experience in advising and implementing digital solutions in an enterprise context Expertise and practical experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking Experience as a consultant a plus Experience in the areas of conversational AI and customer service a plus Strong communication skills in German, business fluent in English Sharp minds, good vibes We are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
