In this role, you will shape the future of system software stacks for heterogeneous and AI-centric computing systems, directly impacting high-performance computing (HPC) and machine learning workloads. /p pIf you thrive on bridging compiler theory with practical, cutting-edge system optimization, we want to hear from you /p ul libCompiler Research Infrastructure: /b Design, validate, and evolve advanced compiler infrastructures and optimization algorithms to maximize performance, optimize memory, and improve execution efficiency. /li libSoftware–Hardware Co-Optimization: /b Drive deep optimization across compiler and hardware boundaries (including kernel fusion, operator scheduling, and memory layout) for GPUs, TPUs, NPUs, and custom accelerators. /li libStrategy Innovation: /b Evaluate and innovate within traditional compiler ecosystems (bLLVM, GCC /b) and modern AI compiler stacks (bMLIR, TVM, Triton, XLA /b). /li libEcosystem Collaboration: /b Lead external research collaborations with academic and industrial partners, contributing to technology transfer and open-source ecosystem initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. /li libCore Expertise: /b Strong background in compiler construction (front-end parsing, middle-end optimizations, back-end code generation) and computer architecture. /li libHands-on Tools: /b Proven experience with bLLVM /b, bGCC /b, or modern AI compiler frameworks like bMLIR /b, bTVM /b, or bXLA /b. /li libDeep Technical Knowledge: /b Solid understanding of optimization techniques (auto-vectorization, loop transformations, polyhedral optimization) and specialized hardware architectures (GPUs, NPUs, many-core systems). /li libSystem Understanding: /b Strong grasp of microarchitecture concepts, including memory hierarchies, instruction pipelines, and SIMD/VLIW execution. /li liExperience in AI system optimization and hardware-aware compilation. /li liKnowledge of software–hardware co-design methodologies. /li liProficiency in bC/C++ /b and bPython /b. /li liActive contributions to compiler research, open-source systems, or high-performance runtime environments. /li liA systems thinker who can seamlessly connect theoretical concepts with real-world, scalable system optimization. /li liA collaborative researcher with excellent communication and technical writing skills. /li liDriven by a high attention to performance, scalability, and code quality. /li /ul /p
