Application Experience focuses on giving IT and End-User Computing (EUC) teams comprehensive, real-time visibility into how employees actually experience applications. /ppYou will develop core services and infrastructure supporting large-scale data processing, real-time interactions, and integrations across multiple systems. This is a highly collaborative role requiring clear communication, strong technical judgment, and the ability to work effectively across teams. /ppYou will own significant backend components end to end, set technical direction, and navigate cross-team decisions with minimal oversight. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pDesign, build, and scale distributed backend systems that serve millions of users. /ppDrive end-to-end delivery of features: from design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring. /ppArchitect real-time, low-latency APIs and backend services for AI-driven agent pipelines that aggregate platform metrics into executive reporting. /ppDevelop cloud-native services in Java, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability. /ppWork on infrastructure components, including AWS-based deployments, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS). /ppBuild robust APIs and backend services that power AI-driven products and real-time interactions. /ppEnsure resiliency, fault tolerance, and compliance in high-throughput environments. /ppCollaborate with product managers, infrastructure engineers, and other teams to deliver production-ready systems. /ppContribute to technical discussions, share knowledge, and help evolve best practices in backend and infra engineering. /ph3Qualifications /h3p7+ years of professional backend engineering experience in Java. /ppJava frameworks knowledge (Micronaut, Spring). /ppProven experience designing and scaling backend systems for millions of users or high-throughput real-time services. /ppSolid understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS or similar), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS), and GitOps, CI/CD. /ppExperience with distributed data systems (e.g. Apache Kafka). /ppPerformance tuning and scaling experience in high-throughput environments. /ppStrong background in high availability systems, failover, and resiliency design. /ppExposure to LLM integration (prompting, evaluation, observability). /ppCurious mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt. /ppExcellent knowledge of observability practices: logging, monitoring, tracing, metrics. /ppStrong communication skills in English, able to explain complex technical topics clearly. /ph3Additional Information /h3pWe are the pioneers and trailblazers of a global IT Market Category (DEX) that is shaping the future of how the world works, giving our customers’ IT Teams total digital visibility across their enterprise.
