About Our Client Our client is a local, high-end hospitality company renowned in Switzerland and internationally for its excellence. Job Description The Director of Finance position consists in the following : - Manage and develop a finance and purchasing team of 6 professionals - Oversee monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and budget control for both entities - Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and shareholders - Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and deadlines - Collaborate closely with the General Manager (locally) and Group CFO (internationally) - Ensure clear and timely reporting to the board and executive leadership The Successful Applicant The candidates for the Director of Finance position should present the following profile : - Qualified accountant with a recognised certification or degree in finance, accounting, or business administration - Proven experience in luxury hospitality - Familiarity with Swiss financial regulations and hospitality standards- Fluent English and French - Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing finance teams What's on Offer The opportunity to join a well-known company, for a Finance role with direct influence on operational performance.
