Apply now For our client, a family office based in central Geneva, we are looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen their finance team. The family office is dynamic and continuously growing, offering the right candidate strong opportunities for professional development and career progression. Your responsibilities with your new employer - Take responsibility for day-to-day accounting activities for the family’s entities, including hands-on financial accounting and audits across multiple legal entities. - Manage cash flow and maintain strong relationships with various banks and external advisers. - Be involved in the day-to-day operations across several locations, including financial implications such as maintenance and rental of properties. - Prepare weekly reports on cash, assets, and operations, and deliver ad hoc analyses to management. - Maintain and continuously improve accounting processes, internal procedures, and reporting systems. - Oversee asset management, including properties and other personal assets (finance, insurance, tax matters). - Identify, assess, and monitor risks across operations (financial, operational, legal, reputational). - Support compliance-related matters and ensure regulatory requirements are met. What you offer your new employer - Professional accounting qualification and a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience. - Discretion and ability to handle highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality. - Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible mindset. - Proficiency in IT tools and reporting systems; willingness to improve and streamline processes. - Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; French is an asset. - Experience in international tax matters, trust accounting, and compliance is an advantage.
