Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution across the entire M&A deal process, from origination to completion.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Mentor and oversee junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring excellence in delivery.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the firm's strategic growth.

Your Profile:

  • 5-7 years of M&A experience, ideally within a top-tier investment bank or boutique advisory.
  • Outstanding financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to independently manage complex analyses.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
  • Currently based in Zurich or open to relocating to one of Europe's leading financial hubs.
