Acting as the central point of coordination, you will manage customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners while driving cross‑functional collaboration across engineering (electrical, mechanical, software, and mechatronics), production, quality, procurement, product management, and senior leadership. /p pYou will proactively manage risks, opportunities, changes, and project dependencies, providing clear structure, transparency, and disciplined execution throughout the project lifecycle. With a solid technical understanding, you will facilitate critical discussions, challenge assumptions, and support informed decision‑making while fostering a high‑performing team culture. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree (ETH/TU/FH/University) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar) /li li5+ years of project management experience in complex technical or industrial development environments /li liTechnical background in electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics, embedded systems, or comparable domains /li liAbility to lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions across interdisciplinary teams /li liExperience coordinating stakeholders across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management /li liStrong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management, and change processes /li liAbility to prepare decision‑ready analyses, status reports, and steering documents for senior leadership /li liPMP, IPMA Level C or higher, or comparable project management certification is preferred /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. /li liFluent in English; German and additional languages are an asset. /li liWillingness to travel (10-25%) /li liImmediate or short‑term availability is strongly preferred, as we are looking to fill this position quickly /li /ul h3Preferred Technical Qualifications and Domain Expertise /h3 ul liProven experience in Aerospace, Defense, Robotics, Energy, Mobility, and/or Manufacturing environments, with exposure to complex engineering and technology‑driven projects /li liProject management in RD or product development /li liExperience with electro‑mechanical, embedded, or system‑level products /li liExperience with Planview or Sciforma is a plus /li /ul
